Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate information, timely responses, and all necessary content, assets, and feedback to facilitate the completion of the project. Failure to provide such resources may result in delays or additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

 Late payments may incur a fee or interest as specified in the invoice.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Client Materials: All content, images, and materials provided by the client for the project remain the property of the client.

Ownership of TechBrosky Materials: Any custom code, designs, or intellectual property developed by TechBrosky during the project will remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client.

Third-Party Tools: We may use third-party tools or software in the development of your website. Any associated licenses or fees will be disclosed to you in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the client cancels a project before completion, any work completed up to that point will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate or as specified in the project agreement.

TechBrosky-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any project if the client violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to communicate effectively. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for the work completed.

Website Hosting and Maintenance

If TechBrosky provides hosting or maintenance services, the terms for these services will be outlined in a separate agreement. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

Website Security

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your website, we cannot guarantee that your site will be immune to hacking, viruses, or other security threats. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain security updates once the website is handed over, unless TechBrosky provides ongoing maintenance services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches any part of these terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to make timely payments. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be immediately due.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
